This is Tutmanik Cheese bread. Our son loves this bread so much. This is one of his favorites. This bread is very addictive. (I'm hungry now lols)
Tutmanik Bread- Mamo's Recipe
200 feta cheese
Mix the yeast with water (100 gram) 2 spoons flour and 1 teaspoon sugar
Leave it to double its quantity
Make a medium soft dough with the flour
Add the yeast mixture and add 1 teaspoon salt.
Leave it to double its volume
Divide it into 3 parts
Spread each part with the roller
Put on top butter or oil and feta cheese and roll it.
Cut it into pieces and arrange them vertically into the baking tray
Bake it for 30-45 minutes until it's golden brown.
Enjoy this delicious Cheese Bread.
